When you press Calculate, we keep a copy of your answers and the estimate this calculator gives you, and update it as you change them. We also note whether you download the PDF, email your results or click Get a quote, and the name of the website that sent you here. If you download the PDF or email your results, we ask for your email address and keep it with your estimate, so we can follow up about it. We don’t ask for your name or phone number, and we don’t record your IP address. Emailed results go from your own mail app, so we never see the email itself. The record is kept in re-ply’s database, where only our team can see it, and we use it to improve our estimates and understand what restaurants need from outdoor dining. Your answers are also saved in your own browser so they’re still here if you come back; Reset clears them. Your email address is remembered in your browser too, so you’re only asked once.

Disclaimer

This calculator gives an estimate, not a quote. It works from re-ply's current pricing for a typical structure of the length you enter, and from your own answers about trade, spend and margin. Your actual costs, trade and results will differ.

Please check the numbers against your own records before relying on them. Nothing here is financial, tax or legal advice.

New York City's year-round outdoor dining rules and DOT's winterization standards are still being finalised, and may change what a structure needs and what it costs. For a firm price, get a quote from re-ply.
